Trusty TEE is using flat IRQ space to identify its interrupts which does not match to IRQ domain model introduced on the Linux side. This CL adds support for optional "interrupt-templates" and "interrupt-ranges" properties that can be used to define correspondence between secure and non-secure IRQ IDs.
